OMG hey, are you awake? I literally cannot sleep cause I'm still thinking about this game, Slice & Solve: Cute Orbs. Remember that description someone sent us? 'Arrange all the slices of different shapes reasonably into the surrounding circular containers. After all the slices are placed, pass the level. There are multiple different levels, and you need to use your little brain to pass them. Come and take on the challenge' – dude, that description is SO wrong. It's like calling a gourmet burger 'meat between bread.' Like, technically true but completely misses the point.
Okay so you know I usually hate those block-fitting puzzle games, right? Like, they just bore me. But this one... it's just different. The 'orbs' aren't just containers, they're like, kinda wobbly and they glow softly, and when you put a piece in, it makes this super satisfying little 'thwump' sound, like a perfect fit. And the pieces aren't just shapes, they're all kinda swirly and colorful, like stained glass. I thought it'd be boring but I downloaded it earlier cause I was just, like, super bored, and then I looked up and it was 2 AM. Seriously.
I figured out that if you try to put the big, obvious pieces in first, it actually makes it way harder. You gotta find the weird little slivers first, the ones that look like they'll never fit, and then everything else just *clicks* into place. There was this one stage, like stage 12, where I was stuck for ages, and then I saw this tiny, almost invisible curve on a piece and it was the key! It's like a jigsaw puzzle but it's alive, and your brain just goes 'YES!' when you solve it. Honestly, it's just so chill but also really clever. It's not like, stressful, but it makes your brain feel good. Like, I was thinking about how to fit a piece while I was making coffee this morning. I already told Sarah about it, she's gonna download it tomorrow. So yeah, you should totally try it. It's really good. Really, really good. Anyway, sorry for the late text, just had to tell you!
